Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]
I think what's more impressive is that it shows a 13 TD difference between Mahomes TDs and the total TDs.
Dipshits liked to go, "Duhhhr it's easy to rack up TDs when you just throw from the 1 yard line!" Or "LOOOOL how many of those 43 TDs are bullshit extended handoffs to Tyreek Hill?!??!"
Well, two of those 43 Pat TDs are rushing TDs. Of the 13 non-Mahomes TDs, 4 of those are defensive scores. Which leaves us with 11 team rushing TDs on the year.
I'm not saying we deserve a medal for that shit or anything, but it's also nothing to sneeze at when you consider just how pass-heavy we are. In fact, KC is tied for 10th in the league in total team rushing TDs.
What that says to me is the Chiefs don't give a shit how they score--- they just flat out fucking score. If those 41 passing TDs were swapped with their rushing TD totals, I don't think the Chiefs (or Pat) would give a flying fuck.
So much for the narrative that Pat's 43 TDs is an overinflated number. [Reply]

He has a few short "cheap" TD passes throughout the season, but same can easily be said for every other starting QB in the league. [Reply]

I wasn't really trying to bitch about it. But there have been several who have expressed their opinion on how they dislike the posts. So, I made a suggestion that I thought would appease both sides. Of course, I should have known better than to think that Clay would roll with that suggestion. He has always enjoyed ruffling people's feathers on CP. Why would he go against that now? He probably actually posts them in here more now that he knows that people don't like them. That's his schtick. Always has been. Always will be. [Reply]
