Actually if anything the speed and teams being afraid of deep balls should make the short passing game easy pickings.
That's the growth we need to see from Mahomes this year, to be willing to take what the defense is giving him. If he can do that the offense will be unstoppable because with all that speed the 8-12 yard throws are going to constantly be there. [Reply]

I thought he looked good from what I saw. Seems like the offense used the far field away from the stands mostly so usually we had the DB's and CB's practicing at the closer field. So generally watched them instead. [Reply]

Listening to some different podcasts I’ve changed up a little on my thinking at cb and the actual importance of it. With the rules now it’s hard as hell to play out there so I’d go with the quantity of decent players over spending high out there and invest heavy in the dl
interested in what podcasts i need a few new ones. [Reply]
We'll see what the steelers think of their $8.5 million investment the first few times he gets PI penalties for defending passes with his back to the QB. [Reply]
K Pass seems kinda slow out there, not much energy from him from what I could tell. I was disappointed in watching him, I knew when we drafted him and the Chiefs said he was a project I was rolling my eyes. [Reply]

They're calling ticky-tacky PI calls now. Can't even imagine how horrible he'll be this year. [Reply]
