The most popular tournament in the world has finally come to a reality after 4 long years. 32 teams battle it out for the once every four year tournament known as the FIFA World Cup.
USA Eliminated from the World Cup, and did not qualify for the tournament for the first time since 1986. USA plans and vows to be back as a power house for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
USA, Mexico, and Canada will host the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with USA hosting 60 of the 80 matches. Below is a link for the 2026 possible venues for play, Arrowhead being one of the possibility's as a venue for the cup.

Athletes are athletes. I get what you are saying, but I don’t think players like Lebron James would do well in soccer. Maybe American football, but not soccer. His body type I believe would just not bode well with the game. [Reply]

Soccer is such a complex game, with such a particularized set of skills to draw from, that there really are only two physical attributes that qualify as automatic advantages.
Straight-line speed on breakaways and height when performing headers.
Maybe, . . . fast twitch reflexes for a goalie.
So much of the rest of it can be game planned and platooned.
Soccer is so much more about skill, endurance and team synergy than imposing your will physically. [Reply]
As much leading with the head on headers surprising you dont see any concussions and players getting knocked out cold. Has there been any documented CTE in soccer. I know there is a lot or flopping but heads coming together is another matter. [Reply]
