When Vegas made the Bucs the favorite to win the SB, I scoffed. But they seem like they could be rounding into a powerhouse. The defense is probably the best in the league. Now they have Brown.
Anybody worried, should KC return to the big game? [Reply]
As long as tampa's young and naive secondary continues to give up big plays regularly then i'm fine with the media crowning them the "best team in the league" ...keep putting them under more and more pressure thank you :-) . [Reply]

Not to me. I’ve seen all I need to see. Bucs D without Big V is a paper tiger. Arians is Arians. Got all cute and designed his first half game plan around peppering Mickens, whoever the fuck that is, with targets. If they comeback and beat the hapless Giants (probably) that won’t change anything for me. Andy is a much better mind than Arians or Bowles. 38-30 Chiefs and it won’t be that close. [Reply]

Well, for me it will depend on how they comeback and win.
If they come back and stomp the hapless Giants say, 28-0, in the 2nd half, that'll tell me about their ability to adjust, to handle stress, and overall resiliency; things that championship teams do.
But if they continue to struggle on both sides of the ball, that'll tell me the opposite. [Reply]
Tampa Bay isn't that good. They aren't even the class of the NFC, IMO. They are a playoff team, and probably a pretty good one, but they aren't the obvious NFC Super Bowl contender. [Reply]
