That's another of those "are we sure the defense didn't win that rep?" sort of plays.

Because no other QB in the league makes that throw and if the DBs and LBs can hang that long in coverage, that's pretty damn good in 7 on 7 drills.

I know we keep hearing about the amazing plays the offense makes but if you peer through the static, there are some promising things from our defense here and there. I see the way our LBs were filling passing lanes there and I'm pretty impressed.

Anthony Hitchens is never going to come off the field and Damien Wilson is getting a ton more play even in passing sets than expected.

I'm not reading to much into this yet as it's possible they are just looking for nickel pairings they like for certain situations.
