We're damn near ALL in the high risk category, because damn near NONE of us are in perfect health.
No question pre-existing conditions is a huge risk factor, but before we assume we are all essentially toast, what we do not know is how many with pre-existing conditions have had it and did just fine. Obviously a far greater percentage than the ones who have died from it.

I've been training my innate immune system for years to attack upon my command. I just think about it and I can get NKC's and Macrophages to attack. I can ramp up mitochondria to produce fast energy and responses.

This comes back to knowing who the hell actually has it for starters.

We don't have anywhere near enough information at this point to just start letting people roam around.
