He's doing fine.
He was struggling in preseason and early in the season. He is just recently starting to find his rythym.
The point is that no FA is going to come in here playing a new position and just be 100% ready right off the bat. It takes different players different time to get it down.
Hitchens is going to be better by December when he has more time and experience in this system. [Reply]

That is a good point. He's a sofa coach... [Reply]
Dunno if this has already been posted but... forward to the 10th second and pause lol.
This is absolutely inexcusable alignment by Bob Sutton on a 3rd and 2 early in the third quarter. New England brings out 11 personnel, and on third and short, Sutton calls for the dime defense, with both DT's in a wide alignment. The LB's are responsible for the interior gaps. pic.twitter.com/ASVwMrNPD5

That Justin Houston covering Antonio Brown play was fucking dumb as hell, but there was at least reasoning for it. Extremely "creative" blitz that failed.
What in the fuck was the reasoning for that alignment? [Reply]

Had an interesting conversation with an NFL defensive coordinator today.
He said philosophically you can no longer build a defense to prevent yardage, the focus of your defense has to be to generate turnovers with modern NFL rules.
