Actually all they had to do was not be a couple pieces of shit and not beat their kid, assuming the recording is as damning as its being made to be. [Reply]
The #TyreekHill recording was made in Dubai. 11 mins. long. Made as an insurance policy for #Espinal. JOCO DA was just made aware of this recording today #ChiefsKingdom
So why would she be releasing it now? If she wanted to take Tyreek down, she would have turned it over earlier. Did she give it to some other family member who is now releasing it for some reason? And if that family member was concerned about the kid, why didn't they turn it over earlier? [Reply]

It would have had to be a family member who wasn't involved at all in the investigation, right? Otherwise weren't they concealing evidence?

Do they realize they are knowingly in procession of illegal material...and publicly discussing it?
How was this recorded...if they were the only two talking? Did Crystal record it and give it to her parents? Who then gave it to the News?
Was it illegally recorded by the DA...but couldn't use it as evidence? So they leak it.. [Reply]

Agreed. Let’s say for a second that he isn’t guilty in this situation. The whole family dynamic is messed up that his life is going to be hell moving forward. And if he is guilty his life is ruined as well. [Reply]
If someone had an audio recording that documented child abuse and they didn’t previously report it to law enforcement, I think they could face legal liability as well. [Reply]
