The only thing about Miles to me is that he's 64. How long would he coach? another 3-5 years then we'd be in the same boat? I dunno... i guess it's better than what we've been dealing with the past 10 seasons. [Reply]

Les will have the clout to hand it off to someone legit when he’s ready to step down. I doubt he would leave the program in the dumpster like every joke since the big Twinkie was here. [Reply]

I think we finally have an AD who knows WTF he's doing, especially when it comes to finding a good football coach. So, even if Miles were hired and he left after 4-5 years, I have faith that Long could get another good coach. And Miles would have the program in good shape by that point. [Reply]

What more would a KU fan want?
All I want as a KU football fan is for them to not have losing records. I would like them to be in a bowl game pretty much every year and once every few years, they challenge for a New Year's Day bowl game (by getting to 10-2/11-1). I don't think that's too much to ask. [Reply]

That’s all any of us want.... something to celebrate and look forward too. [Reply]

considering our past AD was so bad that he was trying to do hundreds of miliions of dollars of fundraising to build up a football stadium that only gets about 10-15k attendance because the team is so bad. Long at least understands that we need to improve the team and put cash towards that instead of a stadium. [Reply]

He’s throwing cash on top of the stadium, not instead of. [Reply]
