Zatarains spanish rice
One green pepper
One sweet onion
One can Rotel tomato with hatch chili
One can fiesta corn
Garlic
One packet taco seasoning
Better than bullion beef paste
Little over a pound of ground beef
The only prep is cooking down the beef, onions and peppers... otherwise its just dump and cook
Try adding some chopped up cooked thick cut bacon [Reply]

Once the beans are done I toss in a little Rico’s nacho cheese queso and some pickled jalapeńos. It’s the best. I ate almost a whole bag of Fritos scoops with it. :-)
I made it again last night, it came out to perfection, I made some homemade taquitos to go with it. [Reply]
High of 59 here today in lovely KC North, you know that means it's chili time. The enormous bastard muffins from Costco baited me into it a couple days ago though tbh.
I had a giant roast beef and swiss with mayo, horseradish, some garden salad mix and white onion slices on a fresh Ciabatta loaf that had just come out of the oven at supermarket.
I've been on a Dagwood sandwich kick lately. [Reply]
Was craving a post-win cheese steak but fuck Philly so busted out the heavy equipment and did it Chiefs style subbing the onion for red and yellow peppers and a drizzle of BBQ sauce on top
Sliced a ribeye using the melted fat on the flattop

I like mine with whiz and onions or white American cheese and onions. [Reply]
