Look, I'm fine if they sign a free agent WR but I don't think it's a wise move if they're throwing $10 million per out there for a guy like Sammy Watkins.
They're not winning anything this year, the defense needs a complete overhaul and they don't have a 1st round pick. I think they need to address LG, ILB, Safety, Corner, D line and depth before tossing out a huge contract to an inconsistent player who will be with his 3rd team in 3 years.
Teams hit on productive receivers all the time on Day 3 and the Chiefs should be no different. [Reply]

But they are seemingly putting as much talent around pat as possible. I also don’t think they are that far off and feel they can compete this year.
