Okay, that's freaky: the logo on the rugby field is trapezoidal, so when the camera shows the action it appears like a perfect square. It's confusing my eyes, LOL.
Currently listening to the album Aerial View by Gamalon. Found it in a dollar store in 1990, bought it 'cause of the title (I'm a Star Blazers fan, LOL), found a really good instrumental rock album with jazz/Asian overtones. One of my "Favorite Albums No One Else Has Ever Heard Of", along with Lunascape's Reminisence (European orchestral "sounds like Dolores O'Riordan of the Cranberries broke up with her b/f, put on dark clothes and eyeliner, and started cutting while reading Stephenie Meyer" sound).

Never true. You can never have too much coffee.
I have to work from 10am-2:45am today (16.75 hours). When I leave, the clock will actually say 3:45am thanks to DST. I have to be up at 7:15am to go to Foxwoods Indian Casino.
To sum: I'll be drinking a lot of coffee the next 48 hours...
Goddamn food court packin' f**ksticks. Everyone has to come to the mall to get out of the rain. Instead of a footlong tuna from Subway, I'm eating f**king Oreos and coffee. :-)
Holy shit 4:30 left in the first half and Minnesota is up on Purdue 26-4. 4 points in 15 and a half minutes for the #6 team in the nation. Wow. Posted via Mobile Device
There's crap on TV and I'm resorting to watching "Phantom Menace" on Spike. God, what an utter piece of shit that film was. Lucas needs to be anally raped with a plunger handle for this abortion of a film.

It's really not that bad. It has redeeming qualities.
It's just that Jar Jar and Anakin grate on you throughout the whole film.

Underworld Evolution is coming on, Mr. JD10367. That's the one where what's her name goes ape crazy and kick's what's his name's ass on the basis of mere general principles. She wears leather, too. And there's a helicopter.

Thanks for the tip. I switched over to FX. I never saw the first film but, in my book, anything involving Kate Beckinsale running around in leather for two hours beats "Phantom Menace" and "Attack of the Clones" any day.

Glad to help. I've never seen this movie that's on right now, though.
Looks like vampires, maybe. Canadian vampires. The worst kind.
Cool ending to that flick, though. "30 Days of Night", huh? I see by the credits it was produced by Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert. Raimi of course is the king of horror, but he also delved into sci-fi, and Tapert IIRC had something to do with the "Herc"/"Xena" TV shows which I think Raimi also had something to do with ('cause his brother, Ted, the freak, was in them). Might have to set the TiVo for that one and try it from the beginning.
