It was a can of cream of chicken, one cream of mushroom, couple cups of sour cream and some melted butter.

Yep, very simple and absolutely delicious.

Went with some shredded cheddar on top as well. Wish I would have added a little more corn starch soup to thicken it up a bit more.

I think the caramelized onions brings a bit more depth of flavor and won't make it any other way.
