90% of the country hears KANSAS or NEBRASKA and automatically has a negative connotation in their brain compared to SPOKANE WASHINGTON. Alot to look at in the Pacific NW if you ask me and I've never heard of Spokane referenced to as a shithole. Could be wrong, never been there specifically. [Reply]

It's the truth. Ask any Gen-Z outside of the Midwest what they think of Kansas...compared to almost anywhere. You will not like what you hear. Perception is the reality. Once we can get them on campus for a visit and see the crowd, that all really helps though...something that is difficult to do very effectively during covid times. [Reply]
To be fair here, we fans have been spoiled for so long that it's hard to not see us out recruiting other smaller schools. Kids want to play, just the tradition of KU is not a draw to kids as it once was. With the decreased scholarships a few years back, COVID and this trial, face it kids are going to go elsewhere for a while. [Reply]
Gonzaga's recruiting is about to take a huge nosedive.
Yes they just signed the top overall player but Few hates to scout and recruit and just lost his ace guy who was responsible for that to Arizona. [Reply]

You do realize Spokane is only 30 mins from Idaho right? Its not like Portland or Seattle. [Reply]

While not surprising, it sucks to lose the chance of another season with the NDPOY. Dude could shut down almost anyone.
Probably not but he did this year when Harris clearly should have. Time to have the ball in the hands of an actual passer/creator and see what happens. [Reply]
