If he's a D+ as a decision maker, who's an A+?

Scott Fitterer sounds like such a good candidate but I severely doubt he's going to leave. He grew up in Seattle and was a Seahawks fan his whole life.
Hard to believe he'd pick up and leave.

You can't be at the zenith and fail that much and be considered an A...

Then there's probably only one 'A' in the history of the NFL.

Reid will be 2nd in the league after this season in wins for head coaches that have never won a super bowl right behind Marty Shotenheimer

is there a reason why they are looking to replace Dorsey, a talent evaluator, by interviewing canidates that are also just from a talent evaluation background
Wouldn't it hurt to also interview a canidate on the financial/cap side also?
Is hiring another talent evaluator the answer to the future cap problems/contract issues? Another guy with inexperience in that part would just be more of the same going forward no?

By that definition Marty was an "A."

Marty B+
Vermeil C+

I would give Haley a C
He's the reason why DJ is a beast. He turned him around. I mean hell he even got the most out of Dwayne Bowe. He just had a very shitty team

Would have been nice to see Haley with his own QB, and not force-fed Pioli's butt-boy.

Haley doesn't deserve an F
He was forced with a shit QB. I'd give him a solid C and Herm with a D
