We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.
If any of you guys are interested, heres a good place to do some research.
Landon Collins can be great and difficult to price at the same time. What is the peak value of a safety whose strength is not in coverage in the year 2019? He’s it.
Will be interesting. Great box player, blitzer, good in a zone scheme. Could play the Kam Chancellor role in a Seattle-style defense. But limited in other ways. https://t.co/W6CGn8Gxv4

Yes, highest paid safety in football value of tackling RB's. [Reply]
... This is correct. NYG's issue with Collins is in coverage. Needs to be in certain scheme. And DC James Bettcher's ideal is to have interchangeable safeties. https://t.co/YlYfNLDhsA

I'd disagree, he's just being honest. Collins is a elite box safety. I'd be okay with getting him as long as it means we cut Berry. Keeping Berry and him would be extremely redundant.
If we go the Collins route we probably have to draft a guy like Adderley in the first. [Reply]

Fuck no to bringing in Earl Thomas. That dude wants a METRIC SHIT TON of money. [Reply]

But only if they cut Berry to bring him in.
They may. They may also keep Berry and cut him next season. [Reply]
