She made a silly/fun comment in passing about oral sex, something that the vast majority of people on the planet enjoy doing. It's not something that is even remotely deviant or shameful. Never really had a 'slobber job' and I could be wrong but I don't think that was ever a thing until internet porn and POV videos.
