He is physically very talented, but his college experience didn’t prepare him for handling the type of exotic blitzes and coverages the Chiefs have been succeeding with. He’s a tough player who can make some crazy plays because of his physical ability, but reading and diagnosing pre-snap was not a strength displayed in college.
I’m sure the Broncos are doing a good job with him, but that’s a lot to ask of him in six months.

and I'd say that you are probably on a roll, good sir.... [Reply]
Look at these mule toolers beating their chest after a couple wins. Where were you prior to/ that???? Oh, and more "we'll see" garbage. Pathetic... [Reply]

So whatever the spread was for the first game (can't remember what it was, but I'm thinking probably about a TD), then add at least 4-6 points because Pat.
There are many reasons I wouldn’t touch that spread.
First off, the typical NFL game is played within one score. Second, snow is expected. Third, even though I’m not aboard the “Lock is amazing” train, there’s no doubt that their offense is light years better right now than what we saw in the first matchup. Fourth, Andy will go conservative if KC has a solid lead. Fifth, Mahomes has a bad hand and we’re still down two solid corners. [Reply]
