Thanks!

In a way that's good, but in a way it's really bad. I just don't know..
50% have the virus and never get symptomatic?

And, 50% of what?

Lots of misinformation/guesses out there.

This is going to get nasty.

Stay at home and let it pass.

Take care, bro.
Unfortunately I'm an essential worker/so is my girlfriend.

There's no letting it pass.

I guess I should have clarified a bit. CDC says up to 25% don't show symptoms. Study from Iceland showed 50% tested positive and didn't show symptoms.

40-70 percent. That's about what gets you to herd immunity.

Thanks. Does that mean that these people have a natural immunity? I realize that coronaviruses are not uncommon and even cause the "common cold" along with rhinoviruses. But SARS-CoV-2 is new/novel.

That's my interpretation, with the possible clarification that they can, presumably, be carriers while they would never actually show symptoms.

They would likely have developed antibodies to it yes.

But we won't know that til we test.

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis asked everybody in his state to wear a mask when they leave their homes.

"Now, if you've been around grocery stores, you've noticed that more and more people are wearing cloth masks — we want everybody in Colorado to do that," Polis said during a press conference today.

I'm guessing it has to do with the viral load they are introduced to. Hence why health care workers get hit hard.
