we don't need that though - we need health upon the starters, bru-heim!

Kendrell Bell is still my favourite Chiefs FA flop.

I laugh remembering how King Carl and the coaching staff were just gushing and patting themselves on the back for his acquisition.

Good times.

Who else are we going to pay? We're going cheap QB and young for a reason.

His ability to track the ball is insane

bit worrying how much he juggles balls in his highlights, at least he hangs on to them I guess.

I do agree the Offense would be scary if they got him

The idea has grown on me. Given what's available in free agency, it's probably easier to raise the ceiling of the offense than raise the floor of the defense.

I noticed that too. A co-worker is a bills fan and he said sammys first few seasons qb ball placement led to alot of unnecessary contact that kept him banged up. And even when it wasn't placement he'd try to get a bump in on a guy instead of going out of bounds. Love it and hate it. Not scared of contact but also a little fragile. And at this level the best ability is availability.

This is where I’m at.

I’d rather pay Watkins or Robinson, guys who have the actual talent to match the money they will receive, than to overpay for a need when the production very likely won’t match their salary. Plus, they are essentially 3rd year players at age 24 going on 25.

Since we are meeting with Wilkerson, I hope we can bring him in to improve the front. If we do that, and maybe sign one other defender somewhere, we can draft the rest of our needs. All signs point to this being Veach’s plan. He said we’d be in the market for fast outside WRs, and our plan on defense is to go young and fast.
