Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.

If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point. [Reply]
Anyone want to recommend a diet? I was interested in the Ultimate Diet 2.0, but it seems that is recommended for people already below 15% bodyfat. I haven't measured, but I would estimate myself somewhere between 15-20%. [Reply]

whats the best food to eat after an insanity workout? i did the poly circuit cardio one and shit man.. i was so hungry.. had to work late today.. ended up gettin beer/taco bell/and gelato ice cream.. not a fatty by any means.. but i wanna get cut man and i need something that can satisfy my cravings.. also tryin to bulk up a bit too.. ugh lol [Reply]
