I’m good with the defense tonight though. They have come up with the right play at the right time. It’s what we need from them. The offense has had their worst game of the year. But, I feel good. Last year we were blanked in the first half against NE.
The defense isn't designed for the DE to cover the RB, its just how the chess game worked out. The LB were running a stunt and the Chargers happened to be running a RB flat route and so someone had to cover him. [Reply]

Mahomes gave a 21 point swing to the Rams. Goff gave the Chiefs a 14 point swing. That 7 point gap in mistakes by the QB's ended up the difference in the game. [Reply]

Its a stupid ****ing narrative.
It's not a stupid narrative that he plays worse in primetime games. It's a fact. Even as good as he played in the 2nd half of the patriots game in the playoffs, he still finished under 60% completion because of how bad his first half was. [Reply]

Nothing wrong with this... other teams drop their DE's in coverage all the time. It works unless you SHOW THE FUCKING CROSS BLITZ with 10 seconds on the play clock... [Reply]
