Nzoner's Game Room>Let's talk about the 49ers (Super Bowl Edition)
TLO 07:03 PM 01-19-2020
Well Chiefs vs Packers is what I had hoped for, but that's not happening.

Let's talk about Chiefs vs 49ers here.

Click to watch Frank Clark just destroy Jack Conklin, along with this Tennessee outside zone play —> https://twitter.com/natech479/status...041181186?s=21

He did the same stuff to McGlinchey last year... run the other way, Kyle.

But hey, don't take my word for it.

Just do me a favor : come back here and admit you were wrong after we stomp a mudhole in that Santa Clara ass on Feb 2.

Ok?
A weak schedule says it all. Raiders Broncos Chargers(twice) Bears and a declining Patriots team.

Comeback here after the 49ers offense runs and passes all over that 26TH RANKED Chiefs Defense.

The more I see of the Packers/49ers game, the more confident I feel.

The Packers just didn’t show up. Rodgers didn’t show up, their defense didn’t show up, and LaFleur got brutalized by Shanahan and Saleh.

The Chiefs ain’t gonna play like that. They’re going to lay down their lives to win this game.

I don’t think the Niners are gonna be ready to handle this team. I think we’re gonna jump ahead quickly.
Packers were outmatched on both sides of the ball. Aaron Rodgers was incredible 8-10 years ago, but he's not quite the same guy these days...and he doesn't have anywhere the weapons that Mahomes is packing.

I think it's gonna be a hard fought game and very competitive. KC might lose the game, but I don't think the Chiefs will get run out of the stadium like the Packers did.

You’re going to be so sad when you see the 9ers OL can’t win the LOS in this game. It’s going to be a shock to the system, and I’m going to eat it up.

Brendan Daly. Remember the name...

Wasn’t Kyle Behind the Falcons collapse to the Patriots in the Super Bowl a few years ago?

When they jumped to a big lead, then got conservative.

How does the great d go down double digits against mediocre teams??

ClarkForTheWin is such a generic, no thought username. Almost like a Broncos troll thought to themselves, "Who's a famous 49er not named Joe Montana? I've got it, Dwight Clark! I'll be ClarkForTheWin!"

This dude has to be knowmo...

Ya, considering we put 28 points in one qtr TWICE...you better be prepared to worry about your own defense.

You do realize that the Texans got 14 points off special teams turnovers, right?

Our D held a very good Texans offense (especially with Fuller playing) to 17 points.

The Titans had 17 before the game was pretty much out of hand. Stop looking at box scores and watch football because you sound like a idiot trying to shit on our defensive performances so far in the playoffs.

Did you enjoy beating up pop warner well in high school?? Because that’s about the equivalent to Houston d.

Baltimore has a pretty good defense, judging by the Niners loss to them. Baltimore got down over 20 points to the Titans. Patriots also got down by 14 to the Titans. Two great defenses that had a hard time with a super hot Tennessee team.

As for Houston, they got 14 points on special teams. That's actually something everyone should watch in the Super Bowl. Chiefs have had some major mistakes on special teams this season. Could be a factor in the big game.

We beat one and were very close to beating both of the teams you played without Mahomes.

So your playoff performance isn’t the least bit impressive to us either.

24-14=10 which is still double digits.

Our offense isn't really about mauling guys. We mix in power, but that's not our bread and butter.

Here's a pretty good breakdown of the Shanahan offense:

Although, with two weeks to prepare, the Chiefs will probably be better equipped to handle it than a team in the middle of the season.

Never got behind and totally stomped both teams. Chiefs are a great team but I don’t think unbeatable like I’m reading.
