Once again IMO, The Order of the Phoenix was the worst book of the series. It was just depressing as hell. And waaaay long. I think that's how Rowling designed the series though - because of the setup at the end of the Goblet of Fire, the fifth book had to serve as the transistional book (from light to dark). [Reply]
I read where we've had people camped out at the theater since Tuesday. I got my tickets like a month ago, so I'm guessing they want to get certain seats? As long as I'm not in the front row, I'll be happy wherever I sit. But to camp out for 2-3 days? Insane. [Reply]

Alot of theaters down here now offer reserved seating online, so no worries about lines or showing up early to get a good seat. [Reply]

We can get our tickets in advance, but, once in the theater, it's pretty much a free-for-all for seating. [Reply]

Wow. I thought Half-Blood Prince was a very boring movie. The book was fine, but I thought the movie plodded along and was just dull in general. [Reply]

The guy they got to play Slughorn was masterful, but I agree. I still think the best movie outside of the last was the second one.
the best book is the Deathy Hallows....prior to that it was the Goblet of Fire. [Reply]
As of right now there are 142 Fresh reviews and only 5 Rotten reviews. Some people just like to be the dissenting voice, to draw attention to themselves and stand out. Or it's possible he just really doesn't like them. It happens. For every thing on the planet, there are people who like it and people who hate it. But it doesn't mean his opinion is more valid than the consensus. [Reply]

While I have the unique position of being able to literally run a film like this just for myself, days early, I must say that I've never camped out for anything--movies, concert tickets, store openings for Christmas, whatever. There's just nothing on Earth I want bad enough to make me sleep on a tent on the sidewalk with the elements. [Reply]
