It makes you wonder if they are as painfully aware as we are that we have a single large remaining hole on the roster, and if Veach will find a way to do something about it.
There’s no way we are done.
We may not get a superstar, but I firmly believe we will still make a move to acquire a CB with starting potential.
Veach said himself that he’s going to “re-visit talks once training camps get going” about trades that require capital and draft picks to complete.
He has to be trying his ass off to get a top flight corner.
Here’s the thing...
He has to be better than Ward for us to trade for him...clearly better.

Gotta be a top flight guy.
Ward has impressed so far in OTAs even keeping up stride for stride with Hardman [Reply]
I enjoyed the episode. It's always interesting to see the pre-draft planning that teams do, only to see those plans go up in smoke
Ok, now Plan A is gone, on to plan B..nope it's gone too! On and on it goes [Reply]
They'll get another corner somewhere. While they did play it up to be big on a corner, their moves don't really say that. As aggressive as Veach is, if he really wanted one of those guys i'd think he'd have traded up for one. [Reply]

I think he would have if they didn’t come off the board as early as they did. [Reply]

They did bring in at least 3 good corners for looks in FA. And I believe they wanted all 3. They still need one for depth if nothing else. [Reply]

Better.
Good Lord, that was sooooo bad. Hunt already comes of like a nerdy dude who doesn't know jack about football, and then they do this scripted interview with cardboard delivery...ugh...at least Veach seemed to carry it off... [Reply]

There was nothing "hardcore football" about that conversation. There are 10 year olds who are more knowledgeable and animated.
Embarrassing. [Reply]

I am drawing a blank on what 3 corners you are referring to beyond Breeland.? [Reply]
