I feel like there’s been a couple of times in past where an NCAA team has had a female on its roster for game day, only to not put her in the game. If this is a publicity stunt, it’s played out. If she actually plays, that’s cool. If she makes a 40 plus yard FG, she’s instantly better than 50% of male college kickers. [Reply]
Things I'm not supposed to ask. Does Vanderbilt have a men's soccer team? Were any of the guys on the men's soccer team considered to kick for the football team? Did Vandy choose the best candidate or the most publicity?

I saw something about this last night. She didn't look like she could hit a 30 yrder, much less anything longer. Might do ok on extra points though. Yes it's a publicity stunt. May as well have a midget as the holder too. [Reply]
