Chicken comes off to rest then set the romaine on the hot grates for a couple minutes, chop and toss in whatever Caesar salad dressing you prefer
Wife came up with this for Chiefs tailgating as a way to add some veg to our caveman tailgates while still utilizing the grill
Haven’t tried making that yet, but saw it the first time on some cooking show. Looked easy (right up my alley when it comes to salads) and I’m partial to Caesar’s salads.
You did a great job with the chicken it looks like.
